TERMS &
CONDITIONS
1)
The contract will
initially be for a period of one year from the date of commencement which can
be extended for another one year or more after mutual discussion.
2)
Renewal action will be
initiated one month before expiry of contract agreement and if no communication
is received by us the contract shall stand renewed automatically for another
period of one year.
3)
The contract shall be
terminated by either side by way of one month notice and or payment of an amount
equivalent to one month bill amount.
4)
We will be responsible
for payment of wages to our security personnel.
5)
We will cover our
employees (security personnel) under statutory liabilities, like P.F., E.S.I.C,
W.C. etc. if such conditions mentioned in the contract agreements.
6)
Our security personnel will be educated
disciplined land will be properly dressed up while on duty.
7)
Our operational staff
will visit the site periodically and will meet to the authorized representative
of the client to discuss the problems if any related to the security dept.
8)
Surprise night checks
will be conducted by our team.
9)
Canteen facilities on
subsidize rates, if possible be extended to our security personnel.

10)
Table with drawer, chair
and stationery items required for day to day security functioning and
chargeable torches will be provided by the client.
11)
If possible, single
living accommodation to the security personnel be provided at the site.
12)
None of our security
person will directly or indirectly be absorbed by the client on his pay roll.
If happens so, we will charge 3 months bill amount of such person to the
client.
13)
We will be responsible
to protect the client’s property from damages, theft or pilferages. In case
damage, theft occurs, the client (the principal employer) will lodge a police
complaint at concerned police station, who will investigate into the matter and
if in the findings if found, that the damages, theft, pilferages caused due to
the negligence of security personnel, we will bear the same provided the cost
should not exceed an amount of 25% towards the cost of such materials.
TERMS
OF PAYMENTS
Our bill/bills will be
submitted on or before 5th of the month and the payments against
such bill/bills be released to us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the
bill.
