Dear Sir,
Please refer to our letter dtd.15.11.13
& 20.11.13. These letters were issued to you to ascertain from you the
reasons for your alleged misbehaviours during the course of meeting between
Management and your union on 14.11.13.
Subsequently, with the help of
the good office of the District Labour Officer, the matter has been amicably
concluded. We wish to record that in the presence of the District Labour
Officer, your union has accepted the misdemeanor indulged in by you. They have
further assured the management on your behalf that such incident shall never recur
and that no member of the union shall indulge in such gross misconduct.
In view of the above, the
management has decided not to proceed any further in this matter. We hope that
good sense will continue to prevail upon you and you will refrain from such
behaviour in future.
