Sir,
As you are aware that Mr Anil Sen, Asst.
Manager (SAP-IT) has resigned from the services of our Company vide his letter
dtd. 26.04.13 and would like to get released on 25th of May, 2013.
However, undermentioned discussed the matter with him and it appears that he
can agree to continue working with us provided we consider his case
sympathetically. In present position he is working since last 5 years. He
desires to get one promotion and CTC around Rs. 6.00 lacs.
His present CTC is Rs.4.91 lacs
(after applying April 2013 increment). If we give him one promotion to the Post
of Deputy Manager, his CTC will be Rs. 5.67 lacs. And if we can consider special allowance of
Rs.3000/- p.m. additionally then his CTC will be Rs.6.03 lacs.
The person is working with our
organization since 15 + years and he has been found an asset to the Company.
In view of the above, it is
suggested that we can consider his case.
