Reg : Additional Interest Charged in our Cash Credit A/c No -----------------

We find from our statement of accounts that on 18.03.14 you have debited Rs.547,458.00 in our account as interest though monthly interest has already been charged as usual on 28.02.14. Moreover you have also debited Rs.50,200.00 on 20.03.14 as Professional fees.

We do not understand the rationale of charging additional interest of Rs. 547,458.00. We request you to reverse the entry and waive the Professional fees charged in our account.

We trust, you will consider our request as we are trying hard to make our Company turn around, for which we need your support.
