I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have deposited a sum of Rs.3,000/- in my Savings Bank A/c No.--------------------- on 26.02.2011. A xerox copy of the deposited slip duly receipted by your office is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. We regret to inform you that till date the said amount has not been credited in my A/c.

Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and credit the said amount in my S.B. A/c, under intimation to me.

Your immediate action in the matter will be highly appreciated.
