Sub: Remittance through RTGS

It has been observed that remittance made through RTGS have not been received in our bank and in absence of UTR No…………………….., the same could not be checked with the concerned bank.  Therefore, you are all requested to please provide details of any remittance made towards payment against invoices or security deposit in the prescribed format attached  here with.

For this a specimen  containing   relevant information being appended to understand the same.  Secondly after  sending information to H. O. through e-mail please get confirmation or e-mail in reference to subject  RTGS amount which has been credited in the bank a/c and only after getting the information, please make receipt entry in the SAP to avoid any kind of problems.
