Please note that our Delhi branch deposited Cash of Rs.2,00,000/- in your bank at Delhi on 01.09.12 but at the time of checking we found that you have credited to our account by Rs,1,99,600/- on 02.09.12 i.e. Rs.400/- deducted by you.. Similarly a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in cash deposited on 26.09.12 and you have given the credit of Rs.99,800/- I,e, Rs.200/- deducted by you.

Please recall our discussion over phone wherein you have informed us that Rs.100/- per lac should be the bank charges.

Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund the excess amount deducted by your bank.
