                                                                Sub: Settlement of Dues & payment schedule

As per our verbal communication we have mutually agreed that the total dues of Maintenance & electricity charges etc i.e. Rs.5, 00,216/- will be paid as follows:-

1)      Rs. 3, 00,000/- has been paid by cheque today i.e. on 2^nd of January 2027.

2)      Balance amount of Rs.2, 00,216/- in 4 instalments of Rs. 50,054/-per month by 10^thof the month starting from February 2027.
