          AFFIDAVIT ON BEHALF OF RESPONDENT NO.1

I  Ram Mishra s/o Mr Sachin Mishra aged about 73 years , director (CIN NO.:- U92222 MH 2015 PL C081234) of Stabnet Ltd.- Respondent No. 1, herein, having its registered office at  Gut No. 15, Dakivali, Bhiwandi Wada Road, near Tansa River, Taluka Wada-, district Palghar-421123, Maharashtra,  do hereby on solemn affirmation state as under:-

1.   I say that I am conversant with the facts of the case and duly authorized to make and file this affidavit.

2.   I say that the Respondent No.1 has been directed by an order of the Hon’ble court dated 30^th July 2028, 28^thAugust 2028, 24^th September 2028 and 1^st October 2028 to make disclosures as per prayer clause (b)(ii) of the chamber summons (L) No.1018 of 2028. The Applicants have filed the present proceedings in execution of the terms and conditions contained in the Consent Terms dated 4^th April 2028 recorded by the Hon’ble Bombay High Court vide its order dated 4^th April 2028.

3.   I say that the Respondent No.1 has submitted separately the audited Balance Sheet and Annual Return of Respondent No.1 before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court for the financial years ending March 2026, March 2027 and March 2028.

4.   I say that the  respondent no.1company has the following bank accounts:-

i)             Central Bank of India at Ambadi, Mumbai bearing account no. -312345678

ii)           United Bank of India at Park Street Kolkata (attached by Maharashtra sales tax department) bearing account no.- 0142536140

iii)          Uco Bank at Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata bearing account no.- 01245254122 (attached by income tax department)

iv)           Indian Overseas Bank at Worli, Mumbai bearing account no.- 0124541245211 (attached by income tax department)

5.   I say that the company has no movable or immovable assets as of date; the assets of the company were transferred as and by way of a Slum Sale Agreement dated 5^th May 2028 between the Respondent No.1 Company and ABC Pvt. Ltd. The said sale will reflect in the Balance Sheet for the year ending March 2026.

6.   I say that the Respondent No.1 Company does not have any further properties.
