Sirs,
We are in
receipt of your Bill No. ABC/KPLI/297 dtd.03.07.13 for Rs.25,921/- against
transportation of our materials from our Factory at Khapoli (Maharashtra) to
M/s Sri Ankita Mill, Bangalore. While checking, it is found that someone has
tried to hide some information by putting whitener on the remarks mentioned
over the consignment note.
After
removing the whitener we found that the remark is mentioned as “18mm Laminated Particle Board Ten No
shortage”. Over writing has also been done over the total No. of pcs
received. It is very serious matter, which is not at all acceptable at any cost
as the receipted consignment notes are one of our valuable documents as an
acceptance of the materials by the party or branch.
We would
request you to kindly ponder over the matter and inform us the actual fact.
However, we are withholding the above mentioned bill for our further discussion
on the matter. You are, therefore, requested to kindly instruct the concerned
person not to repeat such type of incidents.
