This is with reference
to your apology letter dtd.27.06.13 regarding your previous mistakes &
willingness to restart business with us.
After going through the
content of your above mentioned letter, Enquiry letter of Tender for the month
of July’13 is being given to you subject to the following conditions :
a) No other
materials shall be loaded / despatched along with our materials in future.
b) You shall
follow our instructions strictly regarding despatch of our materials and our
materials shall be delivered within the transit period as mentioned in our
contract letter awarded to you from time to time. Failing which late penalty
shall be deducted from your respective bills as per Clause No.15 of our
Contract letter No.RSL/TRSP/2010-11/124 dtd.29.04.10.
Kindly sign on the
duplicate copy of this letter and return to us as a token of your acceptance.
