Sub. Opening & removing Electrode plate of EAF and Re-fitting New Electrode plate

Dear Sir,

            

Reference verbal discussion on the subject matter we are submitting our lowest Quotation for your kind approval such as -

1.	Making proper supports and brackets at EAF (Electric Arc Furness) Opening and removing all hydraulic points, hosting & setting platen plant one by one. Finally proper alignment of plates with EAF.	Rs.5,00,000/-
2.	Taking measurement Gas cut 800 ISMB, 850 ISMB and 69mm MS Plate as per required size. Fabrication and erection monorail structure as per drawings. Procurements heavy lifting arrangement such as chain pulley, monkey winch, hydraulic jug wire sealing and I beam monorail etc. Opening and removing all steam pipe line fitted with platen plate at the press opening and removing all nuts & bolts fitted with platen plate at the press opening & lowering and shifting the all platen plate on the press from plant to safe place as per your instruction.	Rs.10,00,000/-
3.	Hoisting & shifting one by one Electrode plate from gate to EAF. Carrey out fitting the platen plate one by one at the press machine by proper safety & safe precaution. Finely fitting the all attachments such as steam inlet, outlet pipe line and hydraulic system. Gas cutting existing structure, supports & brackets and shifting the same to safe place.	Rs.10,00,000/-
4.	All the Electrode plate shifting properly from plant to your designated area as per your instruction.	Rs.1,00,000/-
	Total	Rs. 26,00,000/-

                                               

TERMS & CONDITION

1.  All raw materials , consumable such as gas, oxygen and welding electrodes

    Welding machine supplied by your ends

2.  Accommodation, free water and electricity provided by your ends.

3.  Heavy lifting arrangements and all journal tools & tackles supplied by our ends

4.  Rigger gang, Fitter, Welder, helper and supervisor supplied by our ends.

5.  Transportation and footing charges provided by your ends on actual.

6. Service Tax will be charged @ 12.50%

PAYMENTS  

1.       100% after submission of final bills within 10 days.
