Sub : Appeal for issuance of Transit Declaration

We hereby beg to inform you that we have purchased 1000 MT of Alcohol from M/s ABC Polymers & Chemicals Ltd under Bond Transfer Agreement. The material is warehoused at Ali Nagar Storage Distribution Co. Ltd., Hyderabad under customs vide WR Bill of Entry No.4584 dtd.2112.2013. Under the Bond Transfer Agreement we have cleared 500 MT of Alcohol vide Ex-Bond Bill of Entry No. A-6596 dtd.27.12.13 after paying the custom duty.

Therefore, we request your goodself to grant us TD to enable us to transport the material to our Works at Cochin (Karla) and oblige us.

We are enclosing herewith the following documents for your reference and record :

1)      Copy of IEC Certificate of M/s ABC Polymers & Chemicals Ltd.

2)     Copy of our IEC Certificate

3)     Copy of both Bill of Entries

4)     Copy of Bond Agreement with other relevant papers
