Sub.: Dematerialized Mode

SEBI vide its circular No Cir/ISD/3/2011 dated 17^th June, 2011 have stipulated that securities of Companies shall be traded in the normal segment of the exchange if and only if, the Company has achieved 100% of Promoter’s and Promoter Group’s shareholding in dematerialized form latest by the quarter ended September 2013.  In all cases wherein the Companies do not satisfy the above criteria, the trading in securities of such Companies shall take place in trade for trade segment.

In view of the above stipulation, we shall request to initiate steps to dematerialize your entire holding within 30^th September, 2013. 

We hereby inform that Physical Mode 1,00,000 ordinary shares are being held as on 31.03.2013.
