Sub : Issue of Payment Confirmation Certificate
We would like to inform you that we have deposited one Cheque bearing No. ------ dtd.13.09.13 for Rs.-------/- drawn on yourselves towards P.F. contribution for the month of August 2013 in our A/c No.CA/----. A copy of challan is attached for your ready reference.
We have received a letter No. --------- dtd.20.08.13 from P.F. Authority mentioning that they have not credited the aforesaid amount in our A/c as they have not received any payment confirmation from your side.
You are, therefore, requested to kindly issue us a Bank Certificate towards confirmation of this payment received by you and credited the same to P.F. A/c. A copy of the aforesaid letter received from P.F. Authority is also enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
Please treat the matter as most urgent and give us a Bank Certificate for Rs.------- /- in our favour for onward submission to P.F. Department.
Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
