We are in receipt of your above referred letter requesting for refund of security deposit and interest there on.

In this connection, please find herewith cheque no  --------- dated 15.07.2013 for Rs  2,70,000.00 drawn on SBI Nariman Point Branch, Mumbai. The amount includes interest of Rs.20,000/- for the year 2011-12. No interest has been provided for the year 2012 – 2013 and current period of 2013 – 14 as per stipulation of the marketing policy in force for 2012-13 and 2013 – 14 (interest is not paid to any dealer if he is not doing business during the period).
