Compliance of Clause 49-I(C) (ii)

In  compliance of the above clause of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges I being a director of Rocket Sales Ltd would like to confirm that I am not a member in more than 10 Committees and do not act as Chairman of more than 5 Committees across all companies in which I am a director.

I also confirm that in addition to submitting annual information about my committee positions, I occupy in other companies, I will notify any changes in the committee positions as and when it take place.

It  may be noted that for the purpose of reckoning the limit, I have considered Chairmanship / Membership of the Audit Committee and the Shareholders Grievances Committee in all Public Limited Companies whether listed or not and excluded all other companies including Private Limited Companies, Foreign Companies and Companies u/s 25 of the Companies Act, 1956.
