We undertake that we shall be held responsible for the payment of said Bill No. 08511US0000254 dtd. 01.08.2018 for USD 62,40,000.00 to M/s ABC Agrolinz Melamine GmbH, Austria reported as black listed under OFAC in case of any loss suffered by the bank for outward remittance of USD 62,40,000.00 under L.C. No. 08511US0000254 dtd. 21.06.2013.
