Sub : Default maintenance charges

Dear Sir.

This is to bring to your kind knowledge that the maintenance charge of your Flat No.102/103 was paid by your brother, Mr Jhandu Prash till June 2009.

Before Durga Puja you had visited your home and we expected you to hold talk with the Committee to finalise the payment of your default amount. During your stay, committee had handed over a letter to you and the copy of which was acknowledged by you.

The Executive Committee held a Meeting on 11.01.13 and decided to realize the default amount by 31.03.13. You may clear up the amount by 3 (three) instalments. Your total amount is lying due Rs.7080/- (Rupees Seven thousand eighty only) till 31^st March, 2013. If nothing is heard from your end, Committee will disconnect the water supply and from 1^st April 2013 onward the amount will be interest bearing.
