The following were decided in the Marketing Conference held on 04.01.2014 at Mumbai.

  1. To develop the markets in Eastern UP, Punjab, Rajasthan, Chhatisgarh, Orissa, Bihar & Jharkhand, a new volume discount have been planned for the quarter Jan’14  to Mar’14. 
a)      On sale of 10 lacs to 15.99 lacs – 5 %
b)      On sale of 16 lacs above – 10%


  1.  For every supply post dated cheques to be collected. One cheque for each invoice.  The cheque instrument should be available with CFA for depositing into bank within due date.

  1. Electronic cheque at par will be accepted. All outstation cheques must be at par and should be kept /deposited by CFA. The CFA should provide cheque number in the statement.  If no cheque number provided within 7 days, then billing to be held up.

  1. The marketing persons will co-ordinate with Customers/Dealers to get RTGS payment details (UTR No.) to CFA .  The CFA will inform Head Office with complete details of customer’s name, UTR No. of RTGS, advance or payment against invoice number etc. and H.O. will check about the credit of amount in the bank and will make the entry in the system.

  1. The cheque return entry in the system will be done only at Head Office.
