Sub: Consideration for Grant of Electricity Duty Exemption 

Respected Sir,

We would like to inform you that we were declared as a sick unit in January 2001 and a rehabilitation scheme was granted by BIFR. As per the scheme, the Electricity Board has to exempt the electricity duty on power consumed and power generated on DG Set. Accordingly, the Chief Electrical Inspector (T&D) had prepared a synopsis of the case and sent to the concerned Department for recommendation. A photocopy of synopsis is enclosed.

Now, we would request your goodself to intervene into the matter and do the needful.
