Amendment Request
Amendment Request is a document prepared by Sales personnel and approved by the Branch Head for those sales orders which were not included in the Tentative Demand Forecast of the calendar month in which delivery is due.
The Amendment Request is reviewed by the Production Head and either accepted or rejected for inclusion in the Production Plan.
