This has reference to your letter ref: ABCPL/RSL/2014-15 dtd. 13.08.2014 addressed to our President Shri Amar Singh.  In this connection, we would like to inform you that M/s. Rossal Bear Pvt. Ltd, is our dealer from March’2010. They have purchased 12 sheets of Galvanized Hot Rolled Coils 55mm from our Bangalore depot vide our invoices No.1001201 dtd.03.04.14, 1003301, 1003302 & 1003303 all dtd. 13.04.2014 at prevailing prices and applicable discounts to dealer. The copy of the price list dtd. 01.04.14 in force during the time of supply is attached for your reference.

Further, we would like to state that the Galvanized HR Coils were supplied of good quality. Furthermore, it is not proper for us to make any comment with regard to negotiation for price between you & your customer for any quality / commercial reasons and it is entirely your prerogative to deal with the subject.
