Rose Sample Paper sent to us vide your letter dtd.02.05.13. The colour of the
same is not matching to our existing Black Rose Décor No.12-BL-012 of M/s Hillary AG, Germany.
Hence the material as per your sample is not acceptable to us.
We have purchased 2/3 lots of this décor from
you as per M/s Hillary AG, Germany Design No.12-BL-012. We would request you to
supply the same as per the original décor only.
We understand from you that basic Base Paper is not
available at present and hence this material can be supplied by you by end of
this month. As there is delay in your supply, we may have to procure the same
material from outside. Therefore, please confirm the exact date of despatch to
enable us to make our programme accordingly.
