Sub:- Permission sought for taking out 10x20’ Empty dry Container for stuffing at our factory situated at the below mentioned address No._______________________
We, Rocket Sales Ltd., “CORPORATE HOUSE”, 12th Floor, 76/1, Nariman
Point, Mumbai – 420 123 intend to export
Shakti HR Coils in 10X20’dry containers
to ABU-ALI, UAE. We request you to accord permission to move 10x20’ dry containers by road from CFS to our premises at Rocket Sales Ltd., Vill. Khapoli,
Post & Dist. Navi Mumbai, Pin – 421 120 (Maharashtra) as we intend
to stuff the export cargo on the forth coming vessel as we need special equipment to load the
cargo into the
containers.
The stuffing of cargo into the
container will be done under the
supervision of Central Excise Authorities at our factory and
same will be sent in sealed condition for onward exportation.
We assure you
that we will take all necessary precautions to protect the container from any
damage during the stuffing at our factory premises. We will also pay all repair
charges or expenses incurred if any on account of any damage to the container.
We request your good self to kindly extend your kind cooperation to our agent

Visakhapatnam – 532 012 in obtaining
necessary permission at your end.
