Sir,

Sub:    Information of pending Declaration Form in Form ‘F’ under

            C S T Act 1956 for the month April 2006 onwards.

Prayer for extension of date beyond 30/04/14.

Please note that we are importing HR Coils from our Factor and Depots located outside Maharashtra for reselling in the state of Maharashtra.

We have logged in for obtaining the Declaration Form in Form ‘F’ under C S T Act 1956. At present we are sending Declaration Form in Form ‘F’ under C S T Act 1956 for the Month of April 2011 to our Factory at Cochin. It will not be possible for us to receive all the required Declaration Form in Form ‘F’ within 30/04/14 because it takes about a week or so to receive the Declaration Form in Form ‘F’ for a month in the online system of issuing CST forms.

Under the circumstance we pray that we may be granted such time so that we can obtain the required the Declaration Form in Form in ‘F’ up to the month ending on 31/04/13.
