This is to inform you that our factory had despatched 2 consignments bearing Challan Nos.66067, 66068 & 66069 and your Consignment Note No.547304631, 547304642 & 547304653 on 28.09.13 to M/s Anil Steel Trading, Bhuj.

You are aware that Way Bill is required to despatch the materials to Gujrat but your Raipur Office has despatched the above 2 consignments to the party without Way Bill and truck is detained by the Check Post authorities.

You are, therefore, requested to please look into the matter and arrange to release our material immediately under intimation to us.
