Dear Sirs,
You have been asked to
place 56 trucks on 28.08.13 at 8 A.M. at our factory ( khapoli) to load our
materials for different destinations allotted to you for the month of August 2013
but you have not placed the required numbers of trucks. Your representative at Khapoli
has refused to place truck as required by us and only 20-25 trucks so far placed for loading.
We have explained
urgency of despatches to Mr Amit Goyel at Raipur, Mr N Srivastava at Kolkata, Mr Sunil Kumar who is in Raipur
today, Mr K Verma at Jeypore, Mr S D
Dalal at Gurgaon but ultimately we have been informed by your representative at
Khapoli that he cannot place trucks as required by us as he has got instruction
from his seniors.
Hence due to urgency of
despatches, we have no alternative but to give load to M/s ABC Transport Co.
We shall debit your
account by difference of rate charged by M/s ABC Transport Co. and your
approved rate for the month of August 2013.
