Dear Sirs,
You have been
awarded the transportation work of our HR Coils from our factory at Cochin (Kerla)
to Khapoli (Maharastra) via Vizianagaram for the month of February 2014. We
understand that all the materials are being re-transhipped at Hyderabad also.
You are also sending some other materials along with ours.
In this
regard, we would like to inform you that double transhipment is not at all
allowed for our materials. It can cause serious problems like material damage /
shortage.
We would also
like to inform you that if any damage or shortage reported for such
consignment, the value of the same shall be deducted from your freight bills
directly and we shall not go for insurance claim.
Therefore you
are requested to please despatch our materials only through one single
transhipment with keeping in mind the safety of our materials.
