Dear Sir,

Ref : Your tender Enquiry No. MC(M)/RM/I-Bond Budgetary offer for Particle Board, Size 30mm thk x 1220mm conforming to IS: 12406-78

We acknowledge receipt of your above subject enquiry and are pleased to give the lowest quotation given below :

1.	ITEM	:	PARTICLE BOARD EXTERIOR GRADE conforming to IS 12406-78. EXTERIOR GRADE SIZE OF SHEET 30mm THK X 1220mm X 2440mm = 1 No.
2.	QUANTITY	:	5000 Nos.
3.	PRICE	:	Rs.8048/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Forty Eight only) per No. of Sheet.
			The quoted price is Ex-our Delhi godown. Invoice will be raised from our Delhi branch, Sales Tax shall be charged extra @ 2% against Form C or in absence of Form C, Sales Tax @ 14.50% will be charged extra.
4.	DELIVERY	:	45 days from the date of receipt of the confirmed order.
			The rates quoted above are for supply of total quantity in one lot.
5.	INSPECTION	:	Materials will be inspected at our godown at Delhi, by your's (M/s Diesel Locomotive Works) inspector with prior information before despatch of the material, at your cost.
6.	SUPPLY	:	Our quoted rate is ex-our godown i.e. Delhi. However, keeping in view of our long association with department, freight from our godown to DLW Stores will be borne by us but we will not be responsible for in transit damage whatsoever.
7.	PAYMENT	:	95% to be paid to us against the inspection certificate and proof of despatch i.e. clear R.R. or delivery to consignee i.e. receipted challan. The balance 5% payment will be made after receipt and acceptance of stores by the consignee i.e. against receipt note.
8.	VALIDITY	:	Our offer is valid till 31st January, 2014.
9.	GOVT. LEVIES	:	If there is any increase in Govt. levies at the time of despatches that will be borne by the purchaser which will be communicated to you at the time of despatch of materials.
10.	FORCE MEASURE CLAUSE	:	The supplies are subject to force measure clause and any delay in supply due to natural calamities like floods, cyclone or war, strike and riots etc. would not make us liable for any penalty or cancellation of order.
