This has reference to the discussion you had with Mr Anil Prasad, Regional Manager, Mumbai, we are agreed to supply the following materials to you :

2.      Rate : Rs.15,000/- per MT

3.      Sales Tax: CST @ 2% against `C' Form. If `C' form is not given, Sales tax will be charged @ 14.50%

4.      Total value of the above materials will be Rs. 26,47,526.25 including Sales tax @ 14.50%

5.      The above rates are ex-factory rate

6.      Materials will be supplied to you "As is where is basis" i.e. no sorting will be allowed in this regard.

7.      Transportation will be charged from our factory to the destination or where you want to transport the materials, will be borne by you only. From Kanpur to Navi Mumbai transportation charges shall be paid by you.

8.      If we have to carry your materials and shall be delivered at Bangalore or any other destination, as desired by you, you have to pay either transportation charges in advance to us or quantity shall be reduced proportionately.

You are requested to kindly deposit the above sum to our Bangalore branch immediately so that further action can be taken.
