Sir
We are in the process of developing Bamboo plantation
with the help of farmers under farm forestry scheme in the adjoining villages
of our factory at Khapoli. We plan to gradually increase the plantation in
other nearby districts also in coming years. We have learnt through conferences
that the plantation is eligible for carbon credits under Kyoto Protocol. We are
interested to know whether our plantation can earn carbon credits. As of now we
have little exposure to the subject and looking for a competent consulting
agency who can guide us in this regard.

If yes then how to go about it and when? As we are totally new to this field we
would request you to depute somebody to our Mumbai office to make a
