Dear Sir,

This has reference to your supply of 136 sets of Recess mounted D9 luminaries and 194 sets of downlight Lamps vide invoice no ABC/145/2013-14 dated 11.05.13 against our PO no RSL/13-14/Renovation/ABC Corp/102.

As discussed earlier please note the details of short supplies and defective material as below:

1.      Short supply D9 luminaries                        =          12 Sets

2.      Short supply downlight Lamps                  =          15 nos

3.      Defective D9 luminaries                              =          10 Sets

4.      Defective downlight Lamps                        =          17 nos

You are requested to make good the short supplies as well as replace the defective material as above at your earliest. All the defective pieces are being returned for replacement.
