Income Tax Department that you have deducted a sum of Rs.1,360.00 on 21.06.2012
for payment of interest on Fixed Deposit retained with you as margin for issue
of LC to us. The interest paid to us Rs.5,482.00 on 28.05.2012, Rs.1,381.00
& Rs.6,731.00 on 21.06.2012 aggregating Rs.13,594.00
We request you to hand over related TDS Certificate
which is urgently required for verification by our auditor. In case it is not
available with you at present, please furnish us a certificate of payment of
interest with TDS deducted for the financial period 2012-2013 for above
purpose.
For your convenience we enclose a Xerox copy of
report of TDS deducted at source down loaded from above site.
