Please refer the discussion you had with the undersigned regarding overall performance during the season 2013 -14. In view of commitment shown for supply of good quantity of fire wood and referring to the above P.O., we wish to award you an annual performance bonus @ Rs.300/- P. M. T. provided you achieve 80% of total committed quantity during 2013 – 14.
Payment of annual performance bonus will be released against your separate invoice after finalization of total supplied quantity during the season 2013 – 14.
We hope that you will adhere to the commitment of total quantity mentioned in the P. O. to the best of your resources and you will try to get the annual performance bonus as stipulated herein above.
