I/We further confirm that we have no claim whatsoever over the said property. We also confirm that as per the present rules of the Association the amount paid by us towards Maintenance deposits is not to be refunded to the transferor and hence we have no claim over the said amount paid towards maintenance.

We have no objection if the shares allotted to us transferred to the name of transferee.
