Dear Mr Anil,

In accordance with clause 3(c) of your letter of appointment dated 09/03/2011 your services are hereby terminated from the services of this company with effect from 25/08/2013.

Settlement of your dues, if any, shall be done in accordance with the laid down rules of this company. Please get in touch with the HR department who will finalise this settlement.

Mr. Amit Mandal, Deputy Manager shall take charge from you. Please hand over all the relevant documents to him.
