We hereby confirm that the entire amount due and payable by you in respect of the subject Facility has been repaid in full. 

We accordingly request you to take steps for filing necessary statutory Form No. 17 with the concerned Registrar of Companies within the time as stipulated in law, for satisfying the mortgage and/or charge securing the Facility.

Please note that although the captioned facility was sanctioned by Erstwhile The Bank of India Ltd., since the same has amalgamated with ICICI Bank Ltd. Vide RBI order bearing No. DBOD.No. ----- dated August 04, 2012(copy of which is enclosed for reference) hence the No Dues letter is being issued by ICICI Bank Ltd.
