A) Without prejudice this is to certify that the subject consignment was booked subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction at Owner’s risk. No extra freight is charge towards covering transit risk etc.
B) This certificate has no effect of stopped against the carrier to raise all pleas of law and facts nor is it an admission of liability and therefore it cannot revive limitation.
C) The rate and value mentioned below are as declared by the Consignee.
D) The consignment was transported with utmost care and without any negligence on the Part of earlier. The goods were booked directly from Mumbai and transported as it is and delivered within the stipulated schedule.
E) We as transporter will not accept any liability under letter of subrogation.
F) Survey report was given to us by the surveyor or consignee as per our request.
G) Salvage value was not declared by the consignee as per our request.
H) Material was not surveyed in our presence.
I) Material appeared to be damaged is not within the knowledge at stage of the transit.
