I have deposited Rs.50,000/- by cheque No. --------- dated 18.06.13 drawn on Punjab National Bank, Khapoli Branch, Mumbai – 465 545. This amount has already been debited from my S. B. A/c maintained with PNB. Please confirm this amount has been credited to my ‘Zero’ Balance account with you and issue a balance confirmation certificate.
I confirm I am not interested in any other product of your bank excepting what I have already opted.
