This minutes of meeting held in between RCL & ATL on 12.03.14 for settlement of claim of Consignment under L/R No. ------ dtd.16.02.17 booked from Delhi to Khapoli. The consignment, amounting to Rs.2,00,000/- was lost in fire occurred in the ACL’s godown in Nagpur for which Insurance Company did not entertain RCL’s claim and now the ACL has agreed to settle RCL’s claim for Rs.1,50,000/- towards compensation.

Both the parties have mutually agreed to above settlement and with this settlement RCL has no claim in respect of above lost consignment over ATL. The above amount will be deducted from the payment to be made to ATL.
