In the mean time, please arrange to take possession of your Office premises and give us a clearance certificate.

Please treat this letter as our Notice of vacation of the premises. This is for your necessary action.

    If the owner of the vacation and the tenant are going to make a agreement which is vacation rental lease agreement,must mentioned the terms and conditions which are agreed by both parties.
