This is to inform you that we had remitted a sum of Rs.-----------/- vide our letter ----------------------- dtd.01.09.12 towards EMD for participating in E-auction for Coke of STC. But unfortunately we were unable to access the site despite of logging our correct Password registered with you. The matter was brought to your notice yesterday by the undersigned. We assume that there was something wrong with the system. However, we have tried to log on today and still we are not able to access the site. Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter as we could not participate and bid for the coke in the e-auction for the above reason.
Further please note that our existing E-mail ID is not valid and therefore, please allow us to change/insert the valid E-mail IDs as under :
