Dear Sir,

We have despatched Hot Rolled Coils from our factory at Khapoli to M/s Yam Sakthi Wood Works, Chennai vide our Challan No. 85787 dtd.09.10.12 and Invoice No.9865 dtd.09.10.12 on C.S.T. basis through M/s Transport Corporation of India.

Due to some problem at Vizianagaram at transporter's end, materials not delivered to party.

Now when we contacted with party, party is not agreeing to take delivery of materials.

As our Chennai branch is the nearest branch, we request you to allow us to take this consignment to our Chennai branch on Branch Transfer basis. Address of Chennai branch is given below :
