Dear Sir,

Reg : Stop payment against DD No. --------- dtd.21.06.13

With reference to our letter No. Rocket/SBH/13-14/205  dtd. 08.07.13

wherein we have informed you that  above DD for Rs. ------/- issued in favour of Mr  S K Khan payable at Mumbai has been misplaced by  beneficiary, but till date we have not received any information from your bank whereas a considerable time has been passed.

You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter and arrange to issue a duplicate Demand Draft in lieu of the aforesaid Demand Draft at the earliest.
