It has been observed that Consignments under transit gets damaged at different places and we are supposed to inform the Insurance Company as well as to provide required information/data/documents to the Surveyor appointed by the Insurance Company under the transit insurance Policy.

While informing local office of the Insurance Company at the destination you need to keep ready the following information/documents:
