· I /We, the Borrower/Guarantor having business relationship for the loan availed by ________________________________, do hereby agree to Mark a Lien on the Margin (Cash, FDR’s, Commodities, Shares, balance and/or Bank Guarantee) available in my/our account as Surplus Margin with Globe Capital Market Limited/Globe Commodities Limited in favor of M/s Globe Fincap Ltd on a continuous basis till the loan gets squared off.
· I/We hereby authorize Globe Fincap Limited to give the instructions regarding release / re-pledge /transfer/ sale / payment/maturity/pre-maturity of FDR/invocation of BG for my/our liened security/margin/funds to Globe Capital Market Limited/Globe Commodities Limited after adjusting the obligation/liabilities, if any, towards Globe Capital Market Limited/Globe Commodities Limited.
· Further, Globe Fincap Limited is hereby authorized to request to make the payment either through me/us or directly in the name of Globe Fincap Limited of the amount available in our account with Globe Capital Market Limited/Globe Commodities Limited either out of sale of liened security/margin/funds.
