AFFIDAVIT ON BEHALF OF THE ASSIGNEE

I, Sunil Kumar Rai, major by age, residing at 3/7 Khao Gali, Mumbai - 400 001, working for gain at  GOOGLE INVESTMENTS LIMITED, (A company duly organized and existing under the Laws of Mauritius), having registered office at 42ND, FLOOR, INDIANA HIGHS, RUE DE L’INSTITUT, EBENE  80817, MAURITIUS, do solemnly affirm and declare as follows:

 

1)      That, I am the Director of GOOGLE INVESTMENTS LIMITED, (herein after referred to as “my Company”). 

 

2)      I have been associated with my Company since 15th January, 2010 and by virtue of my position as aforesaid I have full access to all the records and books of my Company and am competent and authorized to make this Affidavit on behalf of my Company.

 

3)      I declare that no proceeding relating to Trademark Application/Registration Numbers in INDIA as per Schedule “A” to the Deed of Assignment dated 25th November 2020 between AMAZON SERVICES PVT LTD. and GOOGLE INVESTMENTS LIMITED is/are pending in any Court of LAW or Tribunal in India.

 

4)      In view of the above I, humbly submit that the application for recordal of the assignment of the Trademarks at the Trade Marks Registry pertaining to Trademark Application/Registration Numbers in INDIA as per Schedule “A” to the Deed of Assignment dated 25th November 2020 between AMAZON SERVICES PVT LTD. and GOOGLE INVESTMENTS LIMITED may please be recorded.

 

I submit that the statements made in paragraphs 1-3 are based on my knowledge and information and that made in paragraph 4 is my humble submission before this Hon’ble Tribunal.
