Disclosure of Pledged shares

Pursuant to the above amendment notified on 28^th January, 2016 Promoters / persons forming part of the Promoter Group shall disclose to the Company details of shares of the company pledged by them within seven working days of commencement of above regulations. The Promoters also have to inform the company within seven working days of creation of pledge/invocation of pledge on shares of the company.
