MANAGEMENT CIRCULAR FOR FACTORY
The management is pleased to announce to all staff
members that their salaries are being restructured and fitted into a proper
gradation system as mentioned below :
1.

(a)
|
The gradation as well as increment shall be as
per enclosed Annexure-A and will be made effective from 1st April,
2014 subject to certain stipulations as detailed in 1(b) below :

(b)
|
Some of the reimbursable allowances i.e. Fuel,
Conveyance / Vehicle Maintenance and Mobile /Data Card etc. shall be
effective from 1st January, 2015.

2.
|
Production incentive shall be paid to every staff
member as per the slab applicable effective from 1st January, 2015.
The details of the same are as per attached Annexure-B.
